The DL on our XLs

.
A LITTLE SCOOP:
ON WHY OUR PALM PRINT SLEEP SACKS ARE LONGER THAN OUR OTHER SIZE LARGE & XL
When we first started MiliMili we studied every other sleep sack we could get our hands on to figure out the sizing, functionality and quality elements we wanted to improve upon. Given that Remy was 18 months old when we were dreaming this all up, and Kelsey knew she wanted to keep her in a sleep sack until at least 3 years' old, we knew we needed a long toddler-sized blanket to be in the assortment.
.
That's where the Kauai One sleep sacks came in. These were our first sample run, our first sleep sack baby. And we used them to test the market and functionality we had designed. After loads of feedback from friends and family on this first product, the verdict was the XLs and Large sacks were TOOO long* so as we developed new prints, we adjusted the sizing to make all our other L and XL sacks a bit shorter. (The current XL sizing is designed for children up to 42" tall, whereas the old XL could probably fit a kid up to 45"!)
.
* We do have customers that have their 4-5 year old's still wearing our Kauai One sleep sacks and they LOVE how long it is, but we realize that's a small minority of sleep sack users.
WHY SHOULD YOU CARE?
Because we just sold out of our XL Kauai Ones!
But if your kid is under 42"tall you should be set with a size Large Kauai One if you want to grab one off the sample sale page!
