Holiday Gift Guide: Babies & Toddlers

Every single thing on this list is from a mama owned small biz - so on top of buying something awesome and ever-so-special, you're helping a mama realize her dreams and support her family.

Now in terms of gifts for babies, when the baby is really little we strongly believe in buying something that benefits the parent as well as child (since the little nugget will have no clue they are even receiving a gift.) So rather than another plush animal that will just go into a basket or a cute item of clothing they will probably wear once - opt for things that make the parent's life easier and foster positive child development (and if it looks good, even better.)

1. MiliMili Sleep Sack:  Featuring fun prints that both parents and littles love, our sleep sacks were designed to be the ultimate baby gift. Just as fun to receive as they are to use, while promoting safe sleep practices to keep baby safe. Ships within 2 days, gift wrap available. $48-$54
.
2. Courageous Camila: Books are always an awesome and useful gift, and this inclusive girl power story is one they will love for years to come. We were privileged to pre-sale this book via their kickstarter this summer and Remy is already OBSESSED. Available on Amazon Dec 8th, $18.99
3.Cushy Couch, this family run brand has decades of experience producing upholstered goods, and used their same discerning aesthetic to select the best, durable, fabrics in the chicest colors for their toddler couch. 11/24 update: Sadly these are now sold out! But we found a similar style from Brentwood Home here. Brentwood Home is owned by Avocado Green Mattress, a woman-cofounded biz.
4. Wearabowl Snack Cup: The perfect way to let your little snack on the go without making a total mess, these cute little cups attach to your toddler's leg for easy stroller-bound snacking. (We not-so-secretly would love to do a collab in MiliMili prints!)  $8.99
.
5. Bubbsi Kiddo Starter Set: These coconut oil based bath basics are great for sensitive baby skin and come in the coolest packaging that littles LOVE. They are equal parts squishy and adorable and make an awesome gift for baby bath time. $62
6. MiliMili Travel Crib Sheet: The perfect gift to hint that you want those new parents in your life to pack up that cute baby and come for a visit - our silky soft Travel sheets help make on-the-go sleep so much easier, and way more colorful. $35

8. Keiki Kaukau - Ono Hawaiian Chunky Puzzle: Every single product from this Hawaiian based company is just adorable. We love this Hawaiian style food puzzle, but the Bento Box and Dim Sum sets come a close second and are a breath of fresh air from the standard kiddo burger + pizza food sets.  $24
.
9. Wee Gallery Black & White Sensory Ball: Babies love balls. For Remy's 1st birthday her aunt+uncle gifted her a simple and adorable fabric ball and it was one of her favorite toys for months. These black and white balls are great for the early months when littles can't see color yet. $22
10. The Dough Project 6-pack  This all natural, plant-based playdough comes in 6 rainbow colors and is perfect for littles to flex those creative muscles. And for the more DIY parent - they offer a make-your own play dough pack! $40
11. Tre's Lunchbox Plate: These bamboo plates feature the CUTEST little face, divided for easy meal portioning. Plus the  silicone base helps securely adhere your plate to the table for mess free easting. Kelsey's toddlers fight over their plate and cannot wait to get another. $22
