Breakfast in bed made by my kiddos?
Nope.
A macaroni necklace?
Adorable, but nah.
A bunch of printed vouchers for back rubs?
No thank you.

So what do we really want this Mother's Day? Rose and I definitely have opinions on this (in short, sleep and a stiff drink), but we wanted to ask some badass mama-entrepreneurs we know and love what they are truly longing for this mother's day.
.
Here are some of our favorite responses (and given the increased burden on women through this quarantine, every single one of these ladies most definitely deserves everything they ask for):

1. A BREAK.
(An overwhelming favorite response)
.
"What I want is a day off with no children, no husband and no one to take care of. I want a day to Netflix and chill, take a long shower, just do what I want while still abiding by the quarantine! Basically I want to know what it's like to quarantine without kids." - Dr. Jane Shomof, Bloome
.
"To watch a tv/movie marathon with a cocktail on the couch without interruption". - Pia Rappaport, PillowPia
.
"A gift card that entitles me to 4 full hours of complete and utter solitude... " - Nicole Bray, Mercer Contemporary
.
"All I want is to sleep in! After six weeks of quarantine, pulling double duty as a full-time mom and a business owner, I just want to sleep. Also, please bring me breakfast in bed." - Jody Day, MotherMother
.
"...An hour in a bath with a book and a glass of tea and champagne!" - Kodi Berg, Equipt Movement
.
"What I really would love is a day where I’m not allowed to do anything but rest and relax right now!!"- Michelle Zipper, The Well Center
.
We have to concur - these scenarios are THE DREAM right about now. And our Women's Sleep Romper is the perfect gift to wrap up and pair with a day free from responsibility!

3. A FUTURE TRIP TO LOOK FORWARD TO:
"What I really, really want - are for things to be stable enough to lock in a trip for this fall. I work in the leisure travel industry and clearly have a passion for travel, so not having anything on the books is tough. I just want to see a sliver of light that we'll be able to travel again this fall - and I'll be the first to lock something in!" - Julie Cardamone, The Mint Colleciton
.
 .
"100% a hotel credit for a solo staycation - husband and child free!  (once it is safe to do so, of course)" - April Atherton

4. STOCKED KITCHEN
"Is it weird to say I really want these mixing bowls or this fruit subscription? We've been cooking so much at home - actually, I'm lying my partner, Robert, has been doing all the cooking but I think WE could enjoy these bowls together because he would love to use them and I think they look beautiful. The fruit is for me cause let's be honest we all need a taste of spring and summer right now and Frog Hollow has the yummiest produce. And if I can't eat it all I'm sure I can convince him to make jam or a pie." - Melissa Rosenfield, The Vibe Life
 .
"An ice chip maker lol. All I want." - Alin Sedge, Baby Meets Nursery
